About Jake
As Service Advisor, I’m proud to be part of the team helping to keep customers’ cars running smoothly and safely. I enjoy helping people get to the bottom of their vehicle concerns and finding solutions. Originally from Wadsworth, OH, I studied automotive engineering at Stark State College. I’m also EPA HVAC certified and a GM ASEP graduate. I started in the automotive industry over twenty years ago as a parts counter salesperson. I worked for a while as a lube tech and a porter before joining a dealership team and eventually advancing to service advisor. When I’m not working, I enjoy motorsports and tinkering on my own cars. I'm currently building a 87 Monte Carlo SS to compete in SCCA CAM T class autocross. My favorite recent vacations have been the Pikes Peak hill climb and Bonneville salt flats, followed closely by Yellowstone Nat'l park, Arches Nat'l park.

Jake is always easy to work with, friendly, and professional. At this regular maintenance service, the tech discovered that one tire needed replaced immediately. We decided to replace all four tires and did our own research to find a discount with Continental. We were a little disappointed that the tires and rims were not cleaned up after being put on.
