Serving the fantastic customers of Serra Auto Park has been my honor since 2021. I love working with our great team and doing everything possible to do the job correctly. Learning more from customers is how I develop the best solutions so they can get their vehicles back on the road safely. I grew up in Massillon, OH, and graduated from Jackson High School. When it comes to my free time, I enjoy being around family and friends. Overall, I am easygoing, aiming to exceed my customers’ expectations and ensure they leave the dealership completely satisfied with their service!

I recently dealt with Max Deluca regarding a service issue with my TLX, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Excellent service, my car was in for a recall and I also had Max change the wiper blade inserts and he said it would take about 2 hours and it did! Promises made promises kept!
